The Weener Ware guarantee
Did you have a Weener Ware malfunction? Don't cry! Send it back! We'll fix it free of charge, for life! Really
Order Fulfillment. You will typically receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days. We can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Return/Exchange Policy. We will be glad to make an exchange
or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy
with. The item MUST be returned to WeenerWare within 14 days of the shipping
date in unworn and perfect condition. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise
is non-refundable.
We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which
time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested,
we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then
bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
